Ahh Ramen noodles…how glad I am that my children love you!
There are only so many foods you can eat cold and enjoy them as much as when they’re warm. Thankfully, Ramen noodles are one of those foods and can be made in the microwave in five minutes. That makes them a great bento option for days when you don’t have a lot of leftover breads or pastas.
In this lunch, Thing One has ramen noodles, some grilled chicken slices, a few pieces of flat bread, sliced carrots, black olives, red leaf lettuce, grapes and pineapple. Oh yeah, there’s the ever present container of ranch as well.
